The other night my wife, Anne, and I were sitting on the couch watching a movie together. We were teasing each other and laughing. This got me thinking. Have you ever heard that laughter is the best medicine? The Bible says it this way, “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones,” (Proverbs 17:22). Life isn’t always easy. My family faces its share of trials and hardships. One thing we do well is laugh. We laugh often! I believe a lighthearted approach to life is one key to a healthy marriage and family.
